AFG Missions Administrator (NSP)

Job description

Africa Foresight Group is looking for a dynamic, confident and result-oriented Missions Administrator (National Service Personnel) to support our multinational project management in Accra. This position is a great opportunity for recent university graduates who aspire to gain work experience in international project, people and logistics management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Support the Missions Manager and our project teams with the following tasks:

  • Booking of international travel
  • Procurement management for our project teams internationally
  • Communicating with consultants and clients from all over the world

- Tracking project related finances under the supervision of the Missions Manager and Financial Administrator under constant consideration of the designated project budget

- Keeping track of project milestones and initiating and facilitating important project phases, this includes:

  • Setting up virtual team meetings
  • Sending reminders to consultants on important deadlines and client meetings
  • Rendering support to consultant teams to produce outputs

- Creating templates for various project and team procedures as appropriate

- General research and office support



-          You recently completed your Bachelor’s degree with excellent grades, preferably in business management, law or related fields

-          You gained first work experience, e.g. in relevant internships or summer jobs

-          You embrace challenges, are solutions-oriented and a quick thinker

-          You are a strong stakeholder-oriented communicator, both verbal and written

-          You have a team-player attitude and don’t shy away from taking responsibility

-          You are an advanced user of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

-          You bring a demonstrated passion for making a positive impact on your communities, Ghana, or Africa as a whole

-          You are registered or will register with the National Service Scheme and are excited to work with AFG for the duration of your service, and perhaps even beyond
