AFG Data & Analytics data collection provides efficient field data collection for our clients. Field data collection answers specific data related questions in target African markets for investors, private companies, and researchers;

·       Counting information based on pre-defined client criteria

·       Data collection entailing listing target variable information for clients based on pre-defined criteria

·       Conducting interviews based on client provided questionnaires to target audiences

We are looking for dynamic and diligent analysts to join our team.

Job description

·       Autonomous field data collection for projects lasting 1-5 days

·       Develop questionnaires based on client questions

·       Assist with developing data collection strategy based on client request

·       Compile collected data into clean, client ready formats

·       Initial data cuts and preliminary analyses


·       Bachelor degree

·       Ability to operate autonomously and efficiently on a short deadline

·       Very good written and oral skills in English; other languages (such as   local Ghanaian languages) are a plus

·       Strong navigational competencies in new locations; strong familiarity with Google maps

·       Competency working with tablets, smartphones, and other data collection tools

·       Familiarity with field data collection techniques

·       Capacity for either part-time or full-time employment

·       Interest in professional skills training

·       Interest in working for a young, fast-paced, African startup
